The clubhouse is available for booking by all owners and their immediate family for free. However, third parties (non-owners) can book for a $150.00 fee per event payable prior to the event date.
Capacity / Fire Regulations
100 people seated or 237 people standing. Service animals are welcome, but please leave all pets at home. Take note of the following:

Check the Clubhouse Calendar for availability.
Download the Clubhouse Contract and send pages 1-2 to the office via email, fax, or hand delivery.
Keep and review Pages 3 to 6; understand all conditions.
